To be effective and productive in the fields of education, scientific research and social service in line with the understanding of the Quality Management System, to continuously support/improve the personal and professional development of academic and administrative personnel, to involve internal and external stakeholders in the process, to be a leading education and research institution in its region, sensitive to society and the environment.
